3D BOXES FOR CHILDREN´S HOSPITAL SECTOR

Streszczenie The project for the manufacture and donation of 3D printed plastic boxes to house intravenous medications for hospital use in a children's ward aimed at development, construction, assembly and donation of a device for packaging medications in form of plastic bags similar to those used in packaging of serum. These boxes will be manufactured in two different sizes (small 0.5 liters and large 1.0 liter) printed in 3D in laboratories of Faculdade de Tecnologia do Estado de São Paulo (FATEC Pindamonhangaba), and also in 3D printing laboratory Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Estado de São Paulo (IFSP Campinas). These devices are intended to keep the drug administered out of sight of little patients. On front of lid, there is a frame to accommodate and display a figure, drawing, incentive phrase or even a photograph. The back of box has an observation window for medical team to know about infusion time of medications, and its lid has a magnetic closure to facilitate placement medication. This paper presents development of new 3D box in version 3 (three) and use electronic recommendation for using box to help define the future project and understand medical and hospital needs.
