Streszczenie The current times aid the development of many companies, however together with that development rises competition between them. That is the reason why businesses, which want to prosper effectively, are forced to foster and use more and more modern methods of management. Obviously, it cannot be done without the experienced and highly qualified staff. Consequently every organisation, which wants to remain on the market, should today, more than ever, search for employees with high potential of development and high job qualifications. To achieve this goal proper steps need to be taken. Steps which would result in employees’ loyalty for their employer. One of the main devices helpful with keeping this people in the company, is the right motivation and creating awareness that they are needed by their organisation. The motivating methods should be adjusted to the conditions and specifics of the company.
