Abstract Nowadays, Poland is increasingly becoming a destination for immigrants, who are looking for better living conditions, better jobs and, finally, for permanent settlement. The growing number of foreigners makes it necessary to reflect not only on the Polish state's approach to migration issues, but also on the issue of integration as a process of entering the social, cultural and political life of immigrants. The aim of this reflection is to present current solutions and the place of integration policy in Poland's migration strategy. It is also an attempt to answer the question whether integration policy for foreigners has been developed in Poland at all? In the author's opinion, the current state of integration policy is insufficient, and consequently ineffective. The analysis presents both legal solutions and instruments that today constitute the official basis for the integration of foreigners in Poland.
