Abstract Article deliberates over problems of global convergency, including the issue of multiplicity in the perspective of creation of one global world. It ponders their meaning for changes in formation of culture, education and their inherent values. Author states questions on culture, education and values, as well as their transformations in the global perspective. The problematic has been included in reference to postmodern practices described as a practice of multiplicity, the conception of global convergency and theory of one world, as well as postmodern ethics, the issue of functioning of values and norms in the present reality. Hence, the axis of reflaction based on thoughts of Wolfgang Welsch, Kishore Mahbubani, Jürgen Habermas, Henry Jenkins or Zygmunt Bauman.
