Abstract System creating of conditions of the cooperation between different categories of contemporary organizations functioning on market is the basic factor of their success. Industrial and service organizations - providing services for enterprises - belong to this kind of organizations. In the publication the author made an attempt at a statistical analysis of opinions of representatives of management boards of enterprises functioning in the Membership States of the European Union. Analysed opinions concerned the changes: \r\n1. of the level of public services provided for enterprises, \r\n2. introduced in public services related to their positive influence on enterprises. \r\nThe statistical analysis was made in the section of member states of the European Union. Respondents’ statements show the relative stability of the level of provided services or even its decreasing. However in the most cases the changes in these services make it possible to reduce the time and effort spent on filling government forms in. \r\n
