Abstract This article focuses on the pedagogical and social aspects of sports aviation. Its research aim was to answer the question: How many contemporary women during the decade 2013-2023 were subject to the educational impact of sports aviation? At the beginning, the educational aspects of aviation were described. Next, it was necessary to determine how many women had qualifications in the analyzed decade that al-lowed them to practice this sport and were necessary to become subjects of aviation education. The study covered not only airplane sports, but also gliding, parachuting, balloon sports, helicopter sports, hang gliding and paragliding. The selected research method was quantitative analysis of the content of documents, which is part of desk research. The analysis covered 20 public statistical reports recording the number of licenses and qualification certificates issued annually by the Civil Aviation Authority's Aviation Personnel Register. Research results indicate that women are increasingly interested in aviation sports, but it is still numerically dominated by men in all its disciplines. Therefore, women may be less influenced by the educational influence of aviation than men.
