Abstract Relevance of development of the digital economy in the global world is determined by the need to consider its relationship with the social economy. All developed countries of the world have a strong social basis. In spite of various models of social economy, the well-being of the population, social standards are provided at the high level. The post-industrial stage of development, characteristic of highly developed countries in the world, leads to the information civilization.
