Abstract Presented article discusses the subject of the modernising practices’ crisis, which arises at the foundations of political order. Technical development of information transmission, transport, telecommunication and computerisation; globalisation of financial flow, increase of amount of foreign investors, liberalisation of economy and derestrication of production factors flow; expansion of global advertising and global localisation of production- all of this creates new conditions for changes containing the level of economy, politics, and cultural system. The level of integration has left the innational sphere and arose in outernational one. Within the West, liberal internationalism is increasingly seen, not as a source of stability and solidarity among like-minded states, but as a global playing field for the wealthy and influential. Liberal internationalism has lost its connection to the pursuit of social and economic advancement.
