Abstract The dissertation concentrates on a completely new form of culture described as ‘multiculturalistic metaculture’, which influences all traditionally understood ones. It is not based on institutions but on technical networks and programmes. It works like a planetary rhizome, which eliminates the level of presentation. Global transformation leads to global deregulation of existing institutions and norms. In the article, it is characterised by presenting a broad spectrum of functioning of the pleasure principle and forms of concretization of the prosumer productivity idea. These changes result in a conservative revolution of particular cultures, which take advantage of media agendas of the new culture. The process leads to autonomization of technology and inefficiency of politics.
